RSMo 141.530, Redemption by owner or interested party before foreclosure sale
Missouri Revised Statutes, Section 141.530 (Land Tax Collection Act), effective August 28, 2012. 'Except as otherwise provided in section 141.520, during such waiting period and at any time prior to the time of foreclosure sale by the sheriff, any interested party may redeem any parcel of real estate as provided by this chapter.' Authorizes written redemption contracts in installments, up to 48 months for a homestead; a missed installment ends the extension.
