The Board’s own agenda item and minutes for 30 June 2026 could not be retrieved: bos.alamedacountyca.gov/regular-meetings/ returns 404, the acgov.org agenda-packet paths return 403/404, and the Legistar calendar returns an empty document. Multiple outlets render the operative verb differently (“accept and approve,” “receive,” “approve,” “unanimously passed”), and the distinction is not cosmetic, because accept, adopt and receive and file commit a county to different things.
Until the primary agenda and minutes are in hand, WR states the outcome as reported and does not quote an official verb as if it were settled.
