The letter references three attached policy documents (dress code, cell phone, attendance) rather than stating enforcement or scope in full itself.

URL history. On 3 August 2026 this address returned 404 in a real browser, and the one Wayback capture (1 August 2026) was the 404 page. On 30 September 2026 it served the full letter again, matching the text read on 28 July and the WSFA image. The URL is live as of that date.

Note on distribution: the salutation addresses students. What the document itself cannot establish is who Tuskegee’s Constant Contact list actually delivered the email to. HBCU Gameday, HBCU Buzz, ThyBlackMan and TheGrio each described it as a letter to parents of incoming students; Buzz and TheGrio credit Gameday’s report elsewhere in their articles and share its wording, and ThyBlackMan’s piece is an op-ed. Other coverage, including ABC News, called it an email to the student body.
