USDA’s appeal of the second (June 30, 2026) injunction in this case, filed July 14, 2026. The first (August 2025) injunction was separately appealed as case No. 25-5370, filed October 2025 — do not conflate the two dockets. DOJ also filed a motion (July 15, 2026) asking this court to stay the June 2026 injunction, arguing jurisdiction belongs in the Court of Federal Claims. No ruling on that stay motion had been located as of 2026-07-28. Status should be re-checked before any essay citing this record publishes.
Correction, 2026-07-28 (receipt-gate re-verification): this record previously misstated 26-5264 as the appeal of the August 2025 order. Corrected above.
